The 2024 Wenchang International Aerospace Forum is held, and Huayu Xianxiang is once again honored
On December 2, 2024, the Wenchang International Aerospace Forum opened in Wenchang City, Hainan Province. Huayu Xianxiang, with its leading advantages and influence in the research and manufacturing of fully tilted eVTOL configurations, once again gained industry recognition and was awarded the "China Low altitude Economy Major Advanced Science and Technology Achievement Award" and recognized as an outstanding enterprise in the low altitude economy. This honor recognizes Huayu Xianxiang's innovative practices in creating internationally advanced aircraft technology and products, overcoming core technologies, filling domestic gaps, and supporting the new development of aviation industry.
The Wenchang International Aerospace Forum and its series of events have been held since 2020, with a focus on Hainan, radiating across the country, and facing the world. It covers the main chains of the aerospace industry and is committed to contributing to the development of the aerospace industry. As the venue for the forum, Hainan has a broad prospect for the development of low altitude economy, with obvious advantages in policies, location, and industry. Recently, the "Hainan Province Low altitude Economy Development Three Year Action Plan (2024-2026)" was formulated to fully leverage Hainan's advantages and characteristics, strengthen the top-level design of low altitude economy, coordinate and promote the construction of Hainan Province's low altitude economy system, accelerate the formation of a low altitude economy integrated development ecology, and promote the high-quality development of low altitude economy industry. In addition, Hainan has over 300 days of navigable flights per year, which provides a favorable natural condition for the development of low altitude tourism and various low altitude application scenarios.
This year, Huayu Xianxiang has successfully completed multiple financing stages including angel round, angel+round, and angel++round, with a cumulative financing amount exceeding 100 million yuan. At the same time, the company has successfully conducted over a hundred flight tests, fully verifying the feasibility of the tilting process and becoming the first fully tilting rotor eVTOL enterprise in China to achieve successful prototype test flights. The rapid development of the company in technological innovation and capital operation has been widely recognized by the industry and has won multiple awards.
